Frequently Asked Questions
What age groups do you accept?
We accept children from 3 months to 4 years, with programs for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschoolers. We also offer after-school care for older siblings or nearby school-going children.
Do you provide meals?
No. Parents are required to bring their child’s preferred and pre-prepared meals each day. This supports your child’s specific dietary needs, prevents allergies, and ensures they eat food they are comfortable with. We assist with warming and serving meals from home.
How do you ensure my child’s safety?
We provide secure, child-friendly spaces; continuous supervision; strict hygiene and cleanliness; age-appropriate equipment; and staff trained in basic first aid and emergency
care.
Are your teachers trained?
Yes. Our team includes TSC-certified teachers, early childhood professionals, and specialists in special needs and curriculum development.
What do I need for enrollment?
You will need your child’s birth certificate (copy), vaccination record, parent/guardian ID,completed enrollment form, and registration fee (if applicable). Our team will guide you through each step
What are your operating hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. We also offer after-school care and weekend/extended hours for families with flexible schedules.
What curriculum do you use?
Our program is based on play-based learning, early literacy and numeracy, creative arts, sensory exploration, social-emotional development, and outdoor/physical activities. All activities are planned by our Curriculum Director to support age-appropriate development.
How will I receive updates about my child?
We provide daily updates, which may include activity reports, behaviour notes, feeding and nap summaries (for infants), and photos or videos where possible
Do you accept children with special needs?
Yes. Kinder Glow Nest is inclusive and welcoming. Our Inclusive Learning Director has experience supporting children with special needs and ensures every child feels understood and supported
Can I tour the centre before enrolling?
Yes. Parents are welcome to visit, meet the team, and see our environment. You can book a tour during our operating hours by calling or sending a WhatsApp message.
