HEALTH
Sick children must stay home (fever, vomiting, contagious illness). • A child must be fever-free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning. • Only doctor-prescribed medication will be administered, with a signed Medication Authorization Form. • Parents must inform us of allergies or medical conditions.
SAFETY
Children are supervised at all times, indoors and outdoors. • Only authorised persons may pick up a child. • Staff are trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures. • Toys, surfaces, and materials are cleaned and sanitised regularly.
MEALS
Kinder Glow Nest does not provide meals. • Parents must send pre-prepared meals and snacks suitable for the child’s dietary needs. • No sharing of food between children, to avoid allergic reactions. • We assist with warming and serving food brought from home.
COMMUNICATION
Daily updates on your child’s day (activities, general behaviour, and for infants, feeding and naps). • Parent meetings and check-ins available on request. • Parents must keep emergency contact details updated. • Open, respectful communication is encouraged at all times.
DISCIPLINE
We use positive discipline, focusing on: • Redirection and gentle guidance • Teaching problem-solving and empathy • Encouraging kindness, sharing, and respect We do not use shouting, harsh punishment, or physical correction.
PAYMENTS & FEES
Fees are paid monthly in advance. • Payments are due within the first week of each month. • Registration fee is non-refundable. • Tuition is non-refundable for missed days, holidays, or closures.
